RESUMPTION OF SERVICE TO EX SINGAPORE TO LABUAN (Effective 15 Sept 2021)

Dear Valued Partners and Clients, 


With the latest announcement by the government in Labuan who are progressing to Phase 4 of the National Recovery Plan due to COVID-19.  Due to the above we have received information from the vessel operators of resumption of service Ex Singapore into Labuan. 


Phase 4 involves new processes and will create operational delays and due to this Vessel operators will be implementing a Labuan Port Delay Surcharge which would be recovered from the consignees at cost. 


Even with resumption of services into Labuan, do note vessel schedule are on inducement basis which in turn will have longer turnaround period in Singapore which may lead to storage charges in Singapore that will need to be recovered from shippers. 


We appreciate the above information is made know to your shippers at time of booking to avoid unnecessary disputes and misunderstandings.
